They will do their best to make sure the home they are interested in buying is well-built starting with Harvey’s expert opinion followed up by a complete home inspection by a recommended home inspector.
- They know how to prepare a home to sell. Donna is a home staging expert and offers this service to their clients at no extra charge. She can advise sellers on how to best present their home so it will sell as quickly as possible and for the most money possible. Also she or Harvey can suggest any updates or repairs that might bring the seller the biggest return on their investment and can aid the seller in making those improvements through their extensive subcontractor contacts.

Donna specializes in marketing through social media, holding open houses, producing flyers, emailing listing information to contacts, and making various postings on the internet. She also makes sure all pictures are professional and highlight the home’s selling features. Meanwhile, Harvey focuses his energies on promoting their listings face-to-face to his many contacts and “talking it up” at sales meetings and to other agents.
